Account Management

Request Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your Teqcare (Medteqpro) account and all associated data using the form below. This applies to accounts created on the Teqcare mobile app (com.teqcare.mobile) and the Medteqpro web platform. Once submitted, our team will process your request within 30 days.

What will be deleted

  • Your user account and login credentials
  • Personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • All medical records, prescriptions, lab results, and clinical notes linked to your account
  • Appointment history and billing records
  • Any uploaded files or documents

What may be retained

In accordance with applicable healthcare regulations and our legal obligations, we may retain certain data for up to 6 years where required by law, including:

  • Audit logs of access to electronic protected health information (ePHI) — required under HIPAA
  • Financial transaction records — required for tax and regulatory compliance
  • Data necessary to resolve active disputes or enforce agreements
  • Anonymised, de-identified data that cannot be linked back to you

Before submitting

  • Ensure any active subscriptions have been cancelled to avoid future charges.
  • Download any records you may need — data cannot be recovered once deleted.
  • Staff accounts must be deactivated by your hospital administrator before deletion can be completed.
